Bear

Bear is a high-energy guy looking for someone who loves outdoor activities and resting on the couch with me after. I don’t mind waiting at home until you have time for me; I love my nap times and get a chance to catch up on my thinking. Once I know what you would expect of me I’ll be glad to do all I can to make you happy. I want to be totally devoted to my person or couple of people; just being able to take care of you would be the best home ever. Since I live with lots of other dogs living with just one or a few would be fine but I’m happiest just being with my people. Sometimes I’ll play around with one of the other kids here but my dream forever home only has me with my people. My foster mom says that I’m a very smart boy and could use some training. If all these other dogs wouldn’t be all up in my stuff when she wants me to do stuff it might be OK but no way I’m taking my mind off of them. I do love to be a Good Boy Bear Bear when I listen to my foster parents. I like the grooming thing my foster mom does but it took me a little while to get comfortable with her doing stuff to me. She gives hugs and rubs too and now I love all that stuff.Initially, I’m a hard guy to get to know but if you give me a little time and encouragement I’ll come around. It was a hard life before rescue; I had almost given up when the rescue angels came. They fixed up all my hurts and I’ve been here since. I love my foster people but this environment is a little tough for me with all the foster kids. I want so much to have my very own forever home and take care of my people; my foster mom says it’s like a yearning in my soul. If you think you might be my family please contact my rescue people.
